Everything You Need to Know Before You Apply
Most complete applications are reviewed within one to two business days. We check your ID, license, vehicle details, and contact information. If anything is missing, our team will reach out by phone or email. You can follow up through the contact page if you have not heard back after two business days.
No. Many riders work part-time around other jobs or studies. In your rider dashboard you switch online when you are ready to work and go offline when you are done. Open deliveries appear in your pool only while you are online. You accept the jobs you want and update status as you pick up and deliver.
Earnings from completed deliveries are tallied in your rider account. Payouts are sent daily to the mobile money number you register during onboarding, usually after your runs are marked delivered. Keep your payout details up to date in settings. If a payment is delayed, contact rider support with your tracking codes for the day in question.
You will need a valid Ghana Card or passport, a current motorcycle license, a roadworthy bike, a helmet, a reflective vest, and a smartphone with mobile money set up for payouts. Your bike should be insured and fit for daily city riding. Have clear photos or details of your plate number and license ready so approval is faster.
